Indies to Catch in April 2026!
Back from a bit of vacations to escape the dreadful cold of early Spring that settled across the land and reset the weary soul. April is already nearing it’s second half over the horizon, but nonetheless, there are still great games to look forward to. And I am more than happy to share a selection of titles I am most excited about. Let’s roll! CURSED WORDS | 6th April It’s awesome. That’s pretty much the core review here, in its very essence. Years ago, a miracle occurred. A game landed in my lap, and it shifted my perspective on things. It was, it is, art. In the purest sense of the word - a piece, crafted by humans, to shake your mind. As is tradition, I would love to shine a little spotlight at the few of them that I am most excited about. Here we go! ESOTERIC EBB | 3rd March Finally, I've been waiting for this moment my w

I am a big fan of Telltale Games. WOLF AMONG US was a treasure. TALES FROM THE BORDERLANDS were downright hilarious. It was a great tragedy that the studio sort of collapsed under its own ambition. Or at least, that is the story I heard, the whispered telling of how picking on too many projects, too many costly intellectual properties tanked its capability to deliver quality stuff. But as the saying goes - nature abhors a vacuum. It was written in the stars that a successor
